Arduino Pro Mini 16 Mhz 5V
To begin with our Arduino Pro Mini 16 Mhz 5V – The DFduino Pro Mini (Arduino Pro Mini Compatible)
Therefore it is a micro-controller board based on the ATmega328.
It also is an advanced version of the official Arduino Pro Mini.
The DFRduino Pro mini has 8 analog inputs compared with official 6.
The rest of the bits are exactly the same.
It has the following:
- 14 digital input/output pins (of which 6 can be used as PWM outputs),
- 8 analog inputs
- An on-board resonator,
- Reset button
- And holes for mounting pin headers.
It can also connect a six pin header to an FTDI breakout board to provide USB power and communication to the board.
We intend the DFRduino Pro Mini for semi-permanent installation in objects or exhibitions.
These boards comes without pre-mounted headers, allowing the use of various types of connectors or direct soldering of wires.
Lastly the pin layout is compatible with the Arduino Mini.
Note: The board requires FTDI basic board to upload sketches. A mini USB can power it.
